Information the App processes
- Audio recordings: captured only after you start recording.
- Transcripts and voice notes: text created from your audio, titles, edits, bookmarks, and notes.
- Microphone permission: required for recording.
- Speech Recognition permission: used to convert speech into text on this device.
- Files access: used only when you import or export audio, transcripts, or notes.
You may change permissions in iOS Settings. Denying a permission affects only the related feature.
AI and data processing
Record & Transcribe Offline uses on-device AI models to process meeting recordings, real-time transcription, and meeting-content analysis. Recordings, transcripts, and all AI processing remain on this device. They are not sent to the developer or any third-party AI service and are not used for model training. Related data is stored on your device, where you can view or delete it at any time.
AI-generated transcripts and summaries may contain omissions or errors. Please refer to the actual meeting content. Before recording, make sure you have obtained the consent of meeting participants and comply with applicable local laws.

AI 生成的转写及摘要可能存在遗漏或错误，请以实际会议内容为准。录音前请确认已获得与会人员同意，并遵守所在地法律法规。
How long data is kept

View and delete your data
You can view and delete recordings, transcripts, summaries, voice notes, bookmarks, and other related data inside the App at any time. You can also remove local App data through iOS Settings or by deleting the App.
To access or delete support correspondence that you sent to us, email contact@zhilianxingtu.com with the subject “Record & Transcribe Privacy Request.” We will complete a verified request within 30 days, unless applicable law requires a different period.
On-device security
Keeping meeting audio, transcripts, and AI analysis on your device reduces unnecessary data transmission. The security of this data also depends on your device passcode, operating-system security, backup settings, and the storage locations you choose. No device or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Recording responsibility, children, and legal disclosure
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before recording or transcribing other people. Recording laws vary by location.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect a child's personal information without authorization required by law.
We may preserve or disclose information when required by law, a valid legal request, security protection, fraud prevention, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
Contact and policy changes
We may update this policy when App features, on-device processing, retention practices, law, or user controls change. If a change materially expands data collection or sharing, we will provide notice and request consent when required.
